01 / Purpose

The problem

Remote job seekers need to narrow listings by experience and eligibility while keeping track of applications.

02 / People

Role & context

The owner identifies this as an existing project. Local source verifies the implementation described here; individual authorship and per-line responsibilities have not been independently established.

No academic or team attribution has been established for this project in this review. No sole-development claim is made.

AI assistance and exact human contribution were not established by this read-only review.

03 / The work

What it does

  • Remote job collection adapters for Himalayas, Remotive and Jobicy
  • Beginner-focused discovery with experience and location filters
  • Skills Radar counts detected skills by distinct stored job
  • Saved jobs and a browser-local application tracker with JSON backup import/export

04 / Implementation

How it works

Next.js pages read stored listings server-side. TypeScript collectors normalize provider records; deterministic classification supports discovery, and the tracker uses browser-local storage.

The reviewed source contains discovery, skills aggregation, saving and application-tracker implementations. Production URL reachability does not establish feature acceptance or the deployed revision.

05 / Evidence

Testing & limitations

The local README records historical offline tests, typecheck, build and synthetic browser checks. Those checks were not rerun for this portfolio integration; no current live-provider or production acceptance result is claimed.

Provider coverage is incomplete and listings can become stale. Classification is not a guarantee of eligibility or suitability. Tracker data is browser-local, can be lost when storage is cleared, and does not synchronize across devices.
